Originally targeted at the family self-catering market it has been increasingly welcomed by small bed and breakfasts, farm shops, rural post offices and over 450 shops in villages and towns throughout the county. The Guide also includes a map, event listings and a competition linked to the advertisements which further enhances the distribution.
Devon Scene is designed to reach families looking for active days out. Distributed in established Westward display stands throughout South Devon, Devon Scene reaches an estimated readership of over 200,000. As with Discover Devon, this guide also contains a map, information on popular events, items of interest and a competition.
A super guide highlighting winter activities and events including firework displays, Christmas lights switch ons and the ever-popular Christmas markets and fairs. With a potential readership of over 100,000, the guide is distributed through Westward outlets and local households to achieve maximum cover. Targeting both the local and visitor markets throughout Devon’s festive season our aim is to give Devon a boost through the colder months.
Four versions are available covering the Plymouth, Torbay, Exeter and North Devon regions. The Maps are A3 in size and distributed to large hotels, transport hubs, tourist attractions and tourist information centres. Designed to be handed out to visitors, they have descriptions of the local area and highlight places of interest.
